APCSW’s annual conference “What Matters Most: Human Rights Challenges for Palliative Care Social Workers” will comprise virtual sessions each day on 30th September, 1st October and 4th and 5th October.
Today’s highlights are Paula Plaskow and Jason Kassemoff from Jewish Care hosting a Reflective Session about their experience of being Social Workers in a faith and culture organisation (practioner “voice”).
Also, Dr Sally Paul will be talking about Public Health Approaches in Palliative Care: A Scottish Perspective and finally a session on End of Life Care for Gypsy and Traveller Communities: Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill.
