APCSW’s annual conference “What Matters Most: Human Rights Challenges for Palliative Care Social Workers” will comprise virtual sessions each day.
Today’s highlights are Kate Binnie, Music therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, PhD student Wolfson Palliative Care Research Centre, Hull York Medical School hosting “Breath of Life”: A practical and theoretical approach to using embodied practices to support interpersonal connection and self-care.
At midday Professor Mari Lloyd-Williams, University of Liverpool will be talking about “Compassionate Communities”. This is followed by the AGM (members only) at 13:00 and finally at 15:30 the Debate about Assisted Dying
